Yes. ARR uses distinct maintenance checklists for hydronic/hot-water and low-pressure steam boilers.
What is included in annual maintenance?
Boiler-specific inspection, cleaning, operating and safety-control checks, combustion analysis, final fire and leak checks, and written documentation. Exact procedures depend on boiler type and manufacturer requirements.
Does membership cover boiler repairs?
Repairs are not described as fully covered. Active members receive 15% off ARR services, accessories, and installations, subject to plan terms.
Can I choose monthly billing?
Yes. The Basic Boiler Plan is $16.58 per month or $199 billed annually. The ARR Comfort Plan is $37.42 per month or $449 billed annually. Either way the membership renews annually; monthly billing does not mean cancel anytime.
