Three questions
Do you service steam boilers?
Yes. Steam gets its own 17-point procedure: water-level verification, blowdown, trap inspection, feed-water and chemistry checks, and the mandatory low-water cutoff slow-drain test.
Does membership cover repairs?
Maintenance is included. Repairs, parts, and installations are billed at 15% off flat-rate pricing, with priority scheduling within 8 business hours.
Can I cancel monthly billing?
Monthly billing spreads the annual fee over 12 payments; the membership itself runs a full year and renews annually with a card on file.
